Hidden by the fog, just before the rebirth of spring, mysterious and silent, this garden belongs to the Tuscan style VILLA house of the famous designer, John Saladino, in Santa Barbara, California. These wonderful pictures are taken by the inspired interior designer Grant K. Gibson.

Looking for images of the stunning "Atonement" interiors, I found out that there's a story behind the movie's sets, Stokesay House.

I have read both enthusiastic and negative remarks on the house's interior which was a mix of several periods' styles (in an attempt to represent the excess of the newly rich upper class of that time), but what counts for me is the atmosphere that was finally created and the truth is that this film followed me for many days.
